Terms & Conditions​

Any user of any service that is provided or facilitated by Holistic Movement is from herein considered as a 'Member'.

​1. Membership Terms and Conditions: Silver & Gold Packages

  • Silver Membership: €89 per calendar month. This entitles the Member to four (4) class credits per billing cycle.

  • Gold Membership: €165 per calendar month. This entitles the Member to eight (8) class credits per billing cycle.

 

2. Credit Expiration & "No Roll-Over" Policy

  • Monthly Expiration: All class credits are valid only for the duration of the current billing cycle.

  • Forfeiture: Any unused credits at the end of the billing month are forfeited and do not roll over to the following month.

  • No Refunds: Unused credits are not eligible for cash refunds, credits toward future months, or transfer to other members.

 

3. Minimum Commitment Period ("Initial Term")

  • Three-Month Minimum: All memberships require a mandatory minimum commitment of three (3) full monthly billing cycles.

  • Early Termination: Members are legally bound to complete three consecutive monthly payments. Membership cannot be paused, cancelled, or downgraded during this Initial Term.

 

4. Class Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • 12-Hour Window: Members, those using 'Credit Packs and/or attending one (1) class at a time must cancel or reschedule a booking at least 12 hours prior to the class start time. Failure to do so will result in one (1) credit being deducted and is considered as forfeit.

  • Late Cancellation & No-Shows: If a Member cancels within the 12-hour window, fails to attend ("No-Show"), or attempts to reschedule within the 12-hour window, the class credit is forfeited.

  • Policy: No additional monetary fees are charged for no-shows; however, the lost credit will not be reinstated.

5. Payment and Direct Debit

  • 30-Day Notice: After the 3-month Initial Term, a 30-day written notice is required for cancellation.

  • Final Payment: If a billing date falls within the 30-day notice period, the final monthly payment will be processed. All credits from that final payment must be used within that final month or they will be forfeited upon account closure.

 

6. Limitation of liability

The Member acknowledges the physical nature of Pilates and any other form of physical exercise or treatment assumes all risks associated with participation. The Studio is not liable for injuries resulting from a Member's failure to follow instructor guidance or failure to disclose relevant medical conditions.
