At Holistic Movement we are big believers that change starts with education. It's for this reason why that over a number of years we have been developing our own Teacher Training courses and forging relationships with industry leading figures.

Pilates Mat

Holistic Movement has been offering trainings, workshops and CPDs every year since 2020.

We have been offering courses from our seaside studio since Autumn 2024.

We continue to evolve along with the developing research and industry guidelines.

This unit will be assessed by way of a Client Interview.
