At Holistic Movement we are big believers that change starts with education. It's for this reason that over a number of years we have been developing our own Teacher Training courses and forging relationships with industry leading figures.

Holistic Movement has been offering trainings, workshops and CPDs every year since 2020.

We have been offering courses from our seaside studio since Autumn 2024.

We continue to evolve along with the developing research and industry guidelines.

Pilates Mat

Price: €1695 inc assessment

Early Bird: €1495 if booked before 5th of May. *only for June course

Price: €1445 including assessment

Early Bird: €1245 if booked before 4th of March. *only for April course

How to book

You can reserve your place with a deposit* which can be paid using our booking system below. Please note that our course is held in English although our booking system and APP are in Spanish. The deposit will be deducted from the total amount and the remainder is to be paid one week before the start date of the course.

What's included:

The course includes the in-person days at our studio based near the sea in Mallorca as well as your own individual log in to the online portal. When both of these elements have been completed as well as your assessment (during the in-person days) and your hours log, you will receive your certificate.

Information Gathering

Understand the principles of collecting information in order to be able to effectively work with Pilates clients. How to help clients develop productive and clear goals & objectives.

This unit will be assessed by way of a Client Interview.
