At Holistic Movement we are big believers that change starts with education. It's for this reason why that over a number of years we have been developing our own Teacher Training courses and forging relationships with industry leading figures.

Holistic Movement has been offering trainings, workshops and CPDs every year since 2020.

We have been offering courses from our seaside studio since Autumn 2024.

We continue to evolve along with the developing research and industry guidelines.

Information Gathering

Understand the principles of collecting information in order to be able to effectively work with Pilates clients. How to help clients develop productive and clear goals & objectives.

This unit will be assessed by way of a Client Interview.
