About the event
This will be Holistic Movement's 6th year of teacher training and we have offered many courses each year in Spain and the UK.
We cover both classical and contemporary elements of Pilates and include modules such as contraindications, how to progress and adapt, class planning, Pre-Pilates, principles and fundamentals and special populations.
