Pilates reformer – What is it? The reformer consists of a bed-like rectangular frame, pulleys, straps and accompanying springs which are used to apply load.

The Reformer provides a low-impact form of exercise that is safe, effective and can be adapted to suit all different body types and fitness levels!

Please note that our classes fill up quickly and we have a waitlist incase of cancellations.

Any cancellation made within the 12 hours before the class starts will be charged in full.

Cualquier cancelación realizada dentro de las 12 horas previas al inicio de la clase será cobrada en su totalidad.
