PILATES REFORMER RETREAT
ASTI, ITALY
I am over the moon to be offering my first GROUP Pilates Reformer retreat and my first retreat in Italy!!!
Join me for a week-long Pilates on equipment retreat in picturesque Piemonte, a hidden gem in the northwest corner of Italy, ringed by the Alps, the country’s most famous lakes, and a region that is undoubtedly renowned as one of the best farmlands of Italy!
The villa is located in the Italian country and the accommodation offers two twin beds in self contained apartments and the retreat will be filled with homemade food, Reformer classes, Pilates mat classes, Sound therapy, and more.
There are a maximum of 8 places available so be sure to book on if you're keen to join.

The retreat is located in a beautiful villa, rebuilt from a traditional Piedmontese farmhouse, just a few kilometers away from Canelli, in the Province of Asti. The property is surrounded by mountain views & vineyards and also includes a private pool & an outdoor dining area that can be enjoyed at all times! The valley achieved UNESCO World Heritage Status in 2014.

THE EQUIPMENT:
The equipment is all Merrithew equipment. Thereare 16 major pieces: 8 SPX reformers with towers, 8 Split-pedal Chairs and all accessories such as boxes and jump boards.
Also accessories such as stretch bands, foam rollers, fitness circles, Exercise balls:; multiple sizes, stability cushions, resistance loops, foam head cushions, full size mats, mini stability balls.
In addition, there are heavy duty outdoor mats for yoga or mat Pilates next to the pool.
