Principles of exercise, fitness & health Principles & fundamentals of

Pilates Programming & teaching Pilates

This course will lead to a qualification that will allow you to teach both group and private Pilates classes, host workshops and clinics on all the topics you have learned during the course.

You will have a number of assessments during the course ranging from exams, worksheets and observed teaching during a live class. All of which will help to prepare you for getting out and teaching in the real world.
