Reformer Pilates: These classes use the Balanced Body reformer machine to provide resistance and support for exercises that target the core, arms, legs, and more. Cadillac Pilates: Utilising the Pilate Trapeze Cadillac's many attachments you are guaranteed to get a full body workout like no other. Chair Pilates: These classes use the Balanced Body chair machine for a workout that focuses on strength, balance, and flexibility. All of our Pilates classes are taught by a Balanced Body certified and experienced instructor who are dedicated to helping clients achieve optimal health and fitness.
