During this comprehensive course you will study the following modules: Applied anatomy & physiology Health & Safety in the fitness environment How to support clients Principles of exercise, fitness & health Principles & fundamentals of Pilates Programming & teaching Pilates This course will lead to an internationally recognised qualification that will allow you to teach both group and private Pilates classes, host workshops and clinics on all the topics you have learned during the course. You will have a number of assessments during the course ranging from exams, worksheets and observed teaching during a live class. All of which will help to prepare you for getting out and teaching in the real world.
