Packed full of goodness and energy this beyond simple to make brekkie will be plenty to see you through to lunch.
Try swapping out the blackberries for some blueberries or raspberries. Even try some seeds if you don't have any nuts.
50g/1¾oz frozen blackberries
1 tsp runny honey or agave syrup
small handful chopped almonds or walnuts
40g/1½oz porridge oats or toasted rolled oats (use gluten-free oats if required)
150ml/5fl oz milk or vegan alternative
3 drops almond extract (optional)
Put all the ingredients into a jar, stir, put the lid on and chill in the fridge overnight.
In the morning, top with extra nuts, if desired.
