9:00 Meet and greet! .
9:15 - 10:15
Pilates and Breathwork with Tamara. Tamara combines energy, Core and breath work alongside balance and mind-body connection to guide you through a Pilates mat class. The class is a combination of classical and contemporary Pilates exercises with a few added bonuses thrown in! Join her for some fun, engaging time on the mat. .
10:30 - 11:30 We continue the day with a dynamic Sunrise Trapeze Yoga class followed by a guided meditation in the sunny Trapeze cocoon. Beth will ensure you have a magical start to your wellness day. .
11:30 - 12:00 Jeurgen, our retreat chef will provide a light brunch of fruits, veggies, fresh homemade bread, soups and wholesome foods made with local, organic ingredients based on holistic nutrition principles which will leave you feeling your best possible self! The buffet will be available for you all day. . You can sit back and soak up the sun whilst overlooking the sea surrounded by picturesque mountains while you sip on a drink of your choice - Herbal Teas, fresh juices, a selection of cold drinks & coffee.
12:30 Raw Food workshop and lunch with Raw food author & chef- Kathrin Soderberg: Kathrin shows how to incorporate Raw Food into your everyday life creating three special dishes in a relaxed environment. The workshop starts with a short introduction with time for question and answers. The recipes are achievable and easily incorporated into a busy lifestyle. Everybody gets hands-on experience in the kitchen and afterwards we sit down and eat our delicious creations. .
14:00 - 15:30 Diet & Nutrition Workshop With Dave.
Dave will have a relaxed discussion with you about Diet & Nutrition. There will be no fluff or faddy diet talk, just straightforward information that you will be able to apply to your own life. Feel free to chip in with any questions at any time. .
16:00 - 17:00 Yin Yoga with Charlotte. During Charlotte’s Yin Yoga you will travel to health through relaxation where your mind and body become relaxed by staying longer in each position. A beautiful smooth way to end your wellness day. .
17:00 - 18:00 Wholesome snacks and get together to celebrate the beautiful day. .
