Dave Deary of @HolisticMovement and Kathrin Söderberg of @EssentiallyRaw have partnered up to bring you a plant based wellness experience.

🌟Raw Food Energy & Vitality 🌟An Introduction to Raw Food Life Style

Kathrin teaches from the heart and is passionate about Raw Food. She is keen to pass on her knowledge, making it a spiritually uplifting and energising experience. Above all we want to make the whole “Raw” experience simple to understand.

The workshop starts with a short introduction to Raw Food with time for questions and answers.

We will be making three different main courses and a dessert. The recipes are achievable and are easily incorporated into a busy life. Everybody gets hands on experience in the kitchen and after preparing we sit down and eat our delicious creations.

Dave will hold a light discussion on the Gut and digestive health and how to affects your immune system. Following on from this we will learn how to make a gut healthy batch of fermented veggies to nourish mind, body & spirit.

You can even take the veggies home with you!

All materials will be provided.
